What are your favorite hair products in the store, and how does your team style their hair?

For Wavy, Thick Hair:

“I use OUAI Repair Shampoo and Conditioner. When plan to wear my hair natural, I run Oribe Supershine Moisturizing Cream through damp hair  to prevent frizz. Before heat styling, I apply R+Co High Dive Moisture + Shine Cream. After I blow-dry my hair, I love Oribe Gold Lust Nourishing Oil or Iles Formula Serum to smooth out my ends and tame any frizz. Since I wash my hair three times a week, in between washes, I keep my hair looking full and fresh with OUAI Dry Shampoo, which I spray at my roots in sections. I comb my hair through after 20-30 seconds once the dry shampoo has settled and absorbed excess oil on my roots. For Fine, Thin Hair:

“My hair is super fine and straight. I used to have very long hair, but I’d keep up it in a ponytail, so I decided to chop it off years ago. I’m so happy I did since I love my hair short. It allows me to be more playful. I use primarily OUAI and Bumble and Bumble, but I love all the products we have here at C.O. Bigelow. I put a lot of pomades and styling products in my hair to make it look funky and choppy, so I need clarifying shampoos to wash all the products out. I love OUAI Matte Pomade and Bumble and bumble Brilliantine Hair Polish for a slept-in styled look with wispy separation. It’s also good for coarse or dry hair. For Tight, Curly Hair:

“My hair type is a 4c. It’s tight and coily, but I still have a curl. I shampoo with Bumble and bumble Invisible Oil Shampoo to restore moisture or Rene Furterer Triphasic Shampoo since my hair is starting to thin. When my hair is damp, I apply R+Co High Dive Moisture + Shine Cream. I massage it in my hair to make sure all my curls are covered. Then I go in with OUAI Leave In Conditioning Spray just to give it extra moisture, shine, and to make sure my curls are saturated. Lastly, I use OUAI Rose Hair and Body Oil with rose extract. For Loose, Curly Hair:

“For my 2B curl, I love using the Oribe Moisture & Control Shampoo and Conditioner. Twice a week, I apply the Oribe Moisture & Control Deep Treatment Masque midway through my ends. If I’m not doing the masque, I comb a bit of Oribe Priming Lotion Leave-In Conditioning Detangler through my hair with the Mason Pearson Rake Comb. I always mix half a handful of the Oribe Curl Gloss for curl definition with Oribe Curl Control Silkening Crème for extra moisture. Lastly, I scrunch my hair with the Iles Formula Haute Performance Turban and let my hair air dry. For Dry Hair, Oily Scalp:

“Since I have oily scalp, I use Rene Furterer Complexe 5 Treatment before I shower. After leaving it on for ten minutes, I wash and style my hair with my favorite Iles Formula Shampoo, Conditioner, and Serum Treatment. I use the serum as a styling protector and a dry treatment. Before I blow dry my hair, I would put it in from root to tip. After blow drying, I use the serum again on my dry ends. For Dry, Damaged, Color Treated Hair:

“I wash my hair with Oribe Gold Lust Shampoo and Conditioner, which makes my hair ultra soft, shiny, and detangled. I squeeze out any excess water and wrap my hair up in the Iles Formula Haute Performance Turban, which I keep on while I do my skincare regimen. After I let down my hair, I run the Oribe Supershine Moisturizing Cream through the bottom half of my hair, focusing on the ends. After I blow dry, I spray Philip B Weightless Conditioning Water to tame frizz and give my hair extra sheen. Finally, I run Oribe Split End Seal through my ends. On day two, I spray spray my roots with Klorane Dry Shampoo with Nettle. “I like to constantly change my hair, so it’s almost always color-treated. Right now, it’s a gray/silver color so I’m really into the Oribe Silverati Shampoo, Conditioner, and Illuminating Treatment Masque to repair my color damage, help bring out my silver tones, and prevent brassiness. “My hair type is fine and straight, so a lot of my products give me volume and lift. My favorite product post-shower is Bumble and bumble Bb. Glow Bond Building Styler. It helps to seal my cuticle and heal any damage, especially since I process my hair so much. I love R+Co Dallas Thickening Spray. I usually wait for my hair to be halfway dry, then I spray it on my roots and blow dry it upwards. This give me volume without the weight. If my hair is getting a little crazy, I take a dime-sized amount of R+Co Mannequin Paste to mold and shape my hair. I really don’t force the style; I let it go where it wants.
